How do I make a withdrawal?

Withdrawals can be made using the available balance in your D-PAYMENT account.

Log in to your D-PAYMENT account, open the Withdrawal menu, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and follow the instructions provided.

Funds from successful transactions follow the H+1 settlement schedule at 12:00 PM WIB. Funds that are still being settled are not yet available for withdrawal.

You can monitor your withdrawal status through the D-PAYMENT dashboard.
